Those sessions are face to face and active. The activity is adjusted according to the team willingness and energy (walking, yoga, soccer, handball….).
  • 3 follow-up sessions for the team. Via audio only. Walk and talk meetings.
  • 3 individual sessions for the manager. Via audio only. Walk and talk meetings.
  • Written report of each session

Timings:

  • One week for face to face sessions
  • Support over the following 90 days for implementation
